He has been practising all forms of implants i.e
- Conventional: These have been used widely in the dental practice. The implants are placed inside the bone and left to integrate. After the osseointegration that takes about 3-6months, the abutments are placed and the teeth are placed above them. This is a two piece implant system.
- Basal: These are modern implants systems that use the basal cortical bone for implant placement. They are single piece implants system. The implants and the abutment are fused together and there are less chances of implant failure. They are immediate loading implants.
- Hybrid: The hybrid implants consists of two components which are implants and the prosthetic crown. These implants are specifically designed to replace multiple teeth. These implants how good stability and post operative patient comfort. The hybrid prosthesis is easy to fabricate and are less expensive.
- Pterygoid : This is a minimally invasive technique for severely atrophic maxilla. Immediate loading is also possible for pterygoid implants. These can be used in cases where there is little bone support in the upper jaw. Such implants can avoid help the clinician and the patient to avoid extensive procedures such as bone augmentation and sinus lifting. These have a good success rate.
After learning and thoroughly practising all forms, he believes that there cannot be one specific line for treatment for an implant patient. He is the founder of situational implantology and asserts that every case has to be treated differently depending upon the situation of the patient.

He eventually decided to give immediate loading implants to most of his patients. Now the teeth are delivered to the patients within a week at the clinic.
